Why are Alzhemier's drug trials failing?
So many proposed drug therapies for Alzheimer's have appeared promising in animal models but don't pan out in phase 3 human trials. Which is very discouraging. This summary of a recent article provides some thoughts on the issue, but not a lot of answers:
